Swachh Prahari is a civic-tech platform designed to help citizens report waste and cleanliness issues. We act as an intermediary mapping platform; we do not employ cleanup crews directly and cannot guarantee that local authorities will resolve every reported issue.
User Conduct & Responsibilities
You agree to use this platform responsibly. You must not:
- Upload fake, misleading, or digitally altered images of waste.
- Submit reports containing graphic, violent, or inappropriate content.
- Spam the system with duplicate reports.
- Use the platform to harass individuals or authorities.
We reserve the right to ban accounts that violate these rules.
Content Ownership and License
You retain ownership of the photos and descriptions you upload. However, by submitting a report, you grant Swachh Prahari a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and share this content (specifically with municipal authorities and public dashboards) to facilitate cleanups.
Limitation of Liability
Swachh Prahari is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages, legal disputes, or physical harm resulting from your use of the app, reporting of issues, or interactions with local authorities.
